Shipping policy
Poag Jewellers is happy to offer free shipping on all poags.com orders shipping to most Canadian provinces or territories for any purchase over $350.00. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally or to P.O. boxes. Orders under $350.00 will be $25.00 to ship. Does not apply to giftware items.
We are also happy to offer a Buy Online, Pickup In-store option.
Generally items ship within 48 hours or two business days. However, we will do our absolute best to ensure that items are shipped the day after the order is placed, if placed on a business day. If an item is ordered after 3pm EST, we will consider the order is received the next business day. Here are some other shipping items you may need to know:
- In some instances, order and payment processing may take up to 24 hours and may delay shipment.
- If an item is being altered (sizing, engraving, etc), then shipment may take an additional 2-3 weeks.
We use CanadaPost for our shipments. The parcels are shipped with tracking identification and with a signature required for all deliveries. Please do your best to ensure that someone will be able to sign for the delivery when it arrives!

THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT RINGS!
Rings ordered in sizes not in stock may take 2-3 weeks to ship. They are also non-refundable.
If you see a ring you love and it’s not able to be sized specifically for you, remember at Poag Jewellers we specialize in custom design!
