Inspired by the rugged beauty of its namesake, the Luminox Atacama Field 1970 watch captures the earthy character and dramatic landscape of the Atacama Desert. The substantial 43mm CARBONOX™ case creates a strong presence on the wrist while offering the lightweight character associated with this innovative material. A durable black rubber strap complements the dark case and reinforces the watch’s rugged, utilitarian aesthetic.

At the centre is a striking dark green textured dial, inspired by the terrain and natural tones of the desert landscape. Large sand-tone hour numerals provide a handsome contrast against the green background, while both 12-hour and 24-hour time displays enhance the traditional field-watch design.

Thoughtful red accents add both character and visibility. A red-tipped seconds hand stands out clearly against the dial, while a red arrow directs attention to the date display at 3 o’clock for quick, easy reference.

Protecting the dial is a durable sapphire crystal with an anti-reflective coating, providing excellent clarity and scratch resistance while helping reduce distracting reflections.
